Using the insight from the EDI audit, we will create an action plan to aid you on your journey towards inclusion. This could include things like missing policies, correcting flawed practices, creating culture shifts, and identifying goals. This starts with a 2-hour online session to unpick some of the detail around the culture and primary challenges. We then work on the action plan for you.
